Helpful information to ensure your event runs smoothly
• We require a 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking.
• Final headcount due 72 hours before the event.
• Travel outside Fort Collins = $1.00/mile
• We will arrive 45 minutes prior to the scheduled event time for setup.
• We require a 120 V, 3-prong outlet within 15 feet of our cart set up. A generator must be provided if the event is outdoors and no outlet is nearby. We require a canopy or shade be provided.
• We require a 6 to 7 foot space for setup and for baristas to operate smoothly around the cart.
• Our cart fits through all standard doorways and elevators. We do not do stairways, but one to two steps are okay. We prefer ramps or flat surfaces.
• If drinks run out before service is over, please note that we do provide a few additional drinks, but at this point, we will begin to dismantle our cart and depart the event.
• We always serve until all drinks ordered are served or until service time is up. We do not provide a refund if fewer people show up to your event than planned, as all ingredients and supplies are specially ordered for your event and cannot be returned. For this reason, we do not provide a refund.
